PLEIN AIR YOUTH & KIDZ ART ZONE

Plein Air Youth is a celebration of Open-Air Painting - by youth! This will include an art exhibit of paintings completed by local students k-12 with Liz Waters as instructor. The Youth Paint out will be held Saturday June 22.

HOW TO ENTER: Register your student at the MACC tent during the Meekerpalooza festival June 22 at the downtown Plaza in Meeker at 9:45 am and pick up your canvas.  Canvas/entry fee will be $10.00 per canvas. From there, students will head over to Town Park to paint until 12pm, then they will walk back to the downtown plaza.Student paintings will be on display only and will not be part of the auction. Kids of all ages can explore their creativity through crafts. Activities, presentation and performances will vary each year in the KIDZ ART ZONE. Build fairy houses, furniture and scenes with wood, feathers, and natural materials.
